Refund Policy

As a digital service that is delivered immediately, we do not offer monetary refunds once your resume has been generated and delivered.

However, we will always make it right through our free rewrite guarantee.

Exceptions where a full refund is issued:

  • Resume was never delivered due to a technical error on our side
  • You were charged but received no service whatsoever
